Later versions of this car (Guiletta Sprint) achieved 200 km/hr from a 1290 and 1570 cc engine, using the good old Lotus ( Colin Chapman) concept, of good power (100 bhp) and very low weight. The later cars had aluminium bonnet, doors and boot. It is great to remember that way back in the 1950's, designers were achieving 200 km/hr with a 1290 cc engine.
