Our $2000 cars in Australia are now achieving $13,400 at our UK branch

Hagerty UK, the world renowned authority on Classic Car prices are now in a position to explain the great growth in the prices of 1980's Hot Hatches that we have been experiencing recently at our UK end.

Hagerty's are constantly researching the sale prices and trends of Classic Cars that are for sale and have been sold, and have found that amongst the 1200 or so cars that they keep an eye on, the 1980's Hot Hatches have seen year-on-year growth of 105% for a Renault 5 GT Turbo through to 115% for a BMW M3 E30 Coupe.

This would explain why we doubled our money with each and every one of the last batch of cars that we sent from Australia to the UK, after shipping and VAT was paid (no duty on cars over 30 years old), and after we secured the MOT and Road Tax.

We have located a large number of these cars all over Australia, and will now be putting them on ships even faster !!. Most cars are Barn Finds and have never been advertised, and so are the right cars at the right price. Our feeling is that as prices rise, it may be possible to triple our return on future cars, especially after having spoken with our contacts all over Europe. There are are 42 makes, models, and build years of Hot Hatches to consider, and of course some rise by the 100% or more year on year that Hagerty's speak of, and some fall. The question is which to buy and which to walk away from.

If you would like to know the answer, please call our Australian or UK Freecall numbers, and tap into 30 years of experience.
