The story reported that the 31 Classic Cars and other items that were sold in New York City realised $63 Million in just 2 hours, announcing to New Yorkers that Classic Car Investing is now big business. The sector has grown by 430% over the last 10 years according to the Knight Frank Luxury investment Index, which far outweighs the miniscule 55% for the FTSE Index over the same 10 year period. The price of gold only rose by 273% according to Knight Frank, and so the rush into Classic Car Investing may well now accelerate.
