The new Australian Classic Car Boom will reward the Investors with specialised knowledge

Great rewards will follow for Investors with specialised knowledge in the Australian Classic Car Boom

The two News Items on the ABC's 7.30 report have spawned endless telephone calls to our Sydney office in the last 9 days, and it has become very, very clear indeed to us that there will be winners and losers as we ride the Australian Classic Car Boom, now that it has arrived.

Whilst the new boom has actually been created by three major entities within Australia, two of which are in New South Wales, the boom is indeed on. With Jaguar E-Type prices having tripled since last year along with Ferrrari 308 GTB prices having doubled and more, the question will be of who gains the most from these rises.

It is abundantly clear to us that there are a massive group of ''New Investors'' coming into this market, mainly because nothing else is rising in the Investment world.

The issue is specialised knowledge, without which the correct purchasing decisions cannot be made.

Take one day in Britain in 1973 for example. Two cars are being bulit by British Leyland, Both are Triumph's, both are yellow, both have wood grain dashes, and both are convertible sports cars. Yet one grew and grew in value, and one became worthless, until recently. And why were Ferrari 308 GTB's worth little until 3 years ago ?, as were Porsche 930 Turbo's, which flatlined for years before their recent rise. It is all down to specialised knowledge, just as it is with Real Estate, where location and timing are everything.

If you wish to join the movement, please feel free to call us for assistance with your Classic Car Purchase.
