With Classic Car interest rising daily, this car rose from £260 new, to £450,000, OR 1,900,000%
The car is a 1936 Bentley that was sold last Wednesday by H & H Classics, and despite having seats that were ripped apart and plenty of rust, was actually largely complete.
Some people seemed a little suprised that great Cooper S sold for solid money
As everyone knows, Mini Cooper S's sell for up to £45,000 (AU$83,000) in the United Kingdom, and so the new owner will be well ahead if he finds someone like us to carry out the restoration for him. As with everything, once one pulls the layers from the onion, one begins to understand the value.........This a 1965 car, making it a Mark I, and so that is part of the story.
As we predicted in our News Items and Blogs on July the 15th, 2016, in 2017, July the 23rd, 2018 and November the 27th, 2018), the drop is here !..............with another 25-30% to go, whilst Classic Cars boom, as they always have done.
We sold ALL of our extensive property holdings at the close of 2017, although many did not, hanging on to "the dream". We then purchased significant numbers of Classic and Modern Classic Cars and will now sit back and watch then double and triple in value in the short term. It is that simple when selecting correct cars. Please feel free to join us whenever you like.

A beautiful 105 series Guilia Sprint GTA sold last month for over half a million dollars
This great car was later upgraded to Stradale spec by Mario Pietriella, after it became a part oif his collection. The Peraluman panels gave a resultant weight of just 740kg, and so the 115 bhp engine propels this car well. There is no substitute for low weight coupled to a modest power plant.

As the prices of BMW 840's and 850's rise rapidly, this beautiful Lot 123 example did well at last month's Paris Retromobile Auction, despite the 46,000 kms.
As we all know, 1980's and 1990's Modern Classics are gaining traction fast. Just 2 years ago Australian BMW 840's were under $16,000, with 850's at just over $20,000. A quick look at today's Carsales website tells us that the lowest 840 is now $26,500, and the highest 850 is $77,000, with NONE of them being the much sought after CSi variant, which of course was almost never seen in Australia.
It is now just a question of which great car is next to take off. Call us to find out now.

Yes, as we always said, Supra Twin Turbo's would reach AU$200,000, and now they have gone WELL PAST that. We were purchasing Supra TT JZA80's for under AU$20,000 2 years ago.

The rise of certain Japanese Modern Classic Cars is HERE NOW. Find out how you can get into this boom, before it is too late, and you say " I was gonna buy a Modern Classic Car". As with all boom cars, they rise and then stop, and another make and model takes over. While some classic Ferrari's and Porsche's are now going backwards, there are new kids on the block.......
As with all of these cars, each one has to be carefully selected by ticking 56 separate boxes, or a similar car could be worthless. Supra's are particularly difficult to get 100% correct.
This Peugeot 205 Gti 1.9 sold for $42,000 (£22,960) last weekend, a rise of 1500 % since 2016.
As we all know, the 205 Gti prices have been rising and rising for three years now, although NOT this one. It has always been the 'original" 1.6 litre car that has made all the progress, until now. Despite this example being only moderate with regard to mileage and condition, previous ownership was the key here. There is another Peugeot that is just about to take off. Call us to find out which one. We are currently purchasing plenty of them.
As Axius Holdings and other mainstream Hedge Funds get into Classic Cars, new buildings are popping up to house the acquisitions.
As BNY Mellon Wealth Management in Atlanta has said ""It’s gone from people wanting to have the great contemporary art collection or collecting wine to what we’re seeing now: rich people are going after cars."
St. Moritz was certainly the place to be last weekend, for the International Concours of Elegance (ICE).
Owners of REAL Classic Cars adore driving them in the manner that they were built for...........fast, and sideways.
With values of European Suffix A's and B's (1970-71) at over $240,000 overseas, this wonderful restored Range Rover is a great buy.
Just 18 months ago the highest priced Range Rover Classic on Carsales.com.au was $15,600. Now that figure is $140,000, an increase of 900%. That said, this Range Rover represents excellent value at $140,000, as prices will continue to boom as more fully restored examples trickle onto the market in Australia.

Corelogic is Australia's leading Property Price data researcher, and when they say it's bad, that is notrhing in comparison with what is coming (as we have predicted in 2016, 2017, 2018 and now)
We sold all of our Sydney property in 2017, and then invested it onto Modern Classic and Classic Cars. All of our mainstream investors are doing the same, in the mad scramble to get OUT of property investing, where the market will drop another 30% yet.
Property is down 13.2% so far across the 2 major cities, whilst Classic Cars continue their 20 year non-stop rise of 11.8% per annum. Why do you think that there are all these Classic Car Auction centres opening up all over Australia ?. It is an absolute No-Brainer.
There was one era of Formula 1 and road cars that synergised perfectly......
The JPS black and gold era was arguably one of the most stylish ever. This article from back in 2016 unearths why simplicity can often win out.
Yes, just one week after the record price of $131,250 (£70,875) was achieved in November, 2018, this car was sold.
The Ford Escort MKI does have such a major following that prices of great classics like this one will always be rising.

So how far will they go ?. Where will the value curve stop ?. Call us to find out what price they will top out at and when. We purchased loads of these great cars last year for very, very little indeed, and are now reaping great rewards from our GT's/GTO's as well as all of our Investment Cars, all of which have less than 70,000 fully documented kms on the odometer's.
